32. Walaqadi ikhtarnahum AAala AAilmin AAala alAAalameen

32. And We chose them aforetime above the nations, knowingly,
33. Waataynahum mina al-ayati ma feehi balaon mubeen

33. And granted them Signs in which there was a manifest trial
34. Inna haola-i layaqooloon

34. As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth:
35. In hiya illa mawtatuna al-oola wama nahnu bimunshareen
